Jody started as a Relationship Manager and now currently serves as the Head of HR & Legal Affairs. She oversees Human Resources functions which includes recruitment and selection process, development of overall HR strategies and policies across the organization, supervision of legal compliance as to HR management, and administration of the appraisal system that drives high performance.
